RETURNS

Please get in touch to request a return within 14 days of receipt of your order. The returns must be shipped back to us within 28 days of the original delivery date. Returns will only be accepted if the return tag remains attached with the security seal intact. The shipping fees will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the service.

FAQ

How to create a return?

 

1. Returns are free. Go to My Orders. Click ' Create Return' on the order you want to return.

2. Select the items you're returning and the reasons for return.

3. Search for the nearest drop off point, then select 'Place Return'. You'll receive a QR code by email and in My Returns.

4. Place your return in a single parcel. You can use any packaging you like as long as it's secure.

5. Take your parcel and QR code (valid for 30 days) to you chosen drop off point and they'll take care of the rest! Your return is trackable.

6. Hold tight! We expect to process your refund within 10 days of dropping off your return. We will email you once your refund has been processed.

What is your returns policy?

 

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free.  

How can I track my return?

If you've already sent your return back to us, you can track its progress using your tracking number. You'll find this in the email you received when you dropped off your returns, or in the email that contained your QR code or barcode. Remember that regardless of where your items were shipped from, you can follow our usual returns process fro all of them. 

I've received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. 

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and we'll refund you if it's incorrect.

To create your return, simply log into 'My Account', click 'Create Return' next to the order you’re looking to send back to us and follow the instructions provided. Don’t forget to select Incorrect item received as your reason for return.
